Please explain Firebase Realtime Database Load Limits

Hello,

In monitoring the load on our Firebase Realtime database, we're seeing some cause for concern. On the 24-hour time scale, it only occasionally gets near 100%, but if you look at the 7 or 30 day timeline, it shows close to 100% every day. A few days it's been above 100%. Others in this group have expressed concern regarding this issue, but I haven't seen any outages directly related to load where that's the only problem. Is this something we should be concerned about?

My experience so far suggests it's not a problem, but I'd rather know ahead of time if we could see an outage.
