Cloud Functions - The service is currently unavailable

Hello everyone. Im new to firebase and wants to deploy my first script to the Cloud Functions Service but every time I try to run "firebase deploy --only functions" it returns an Error "An unexpected error has occurred." and the firebase-debug.log says "{"code": 503,"message": "The service is currently unavailable.","status": "UNAVAILABLE"}. Does someone has the same problem or I am the only one?

Looks like the status dashboard lists an ongoing outage for Functions that may be related.
