Choosing Cloud Firestore location

Hello.

I am developing an android app (it is not published yet) and I want to use Firestore (due to back-up and real-time syncing in case I ever also develop an iOS/web-app).

Problem:

Unfortunately I don't know which location to use. I read some tips from Firestore documentation, but I still don't know which location to choose.

My app can be used by the users all over the world (it's not intended for specific region), but after release I will start targeting users from Europe first, and later expand from there. Now I don't know if I should choose the europe multi-region or europe regional location, and what effect it will make on my app if I choose one or another.
