Hi,

My research is using the Cloud Firestore to store our data. However, we want to be able to upgrade for storage and download without linking our credit card info. My advisor said there should be a way to buy in advance or buy credits to use, he cannot link his card to it and pay as you go. Is there any such option? Thank you very much.

Hi there,

There is no way to buy credits or set a fixed billing limit, unfortunately. If you need to use the paid features of Firebase the only option is a pay-as-you-go account. You can set billing alerts to be notified when your billing reaches a certain threshold.

isn't there a way to pay with cheque, am also having this problem. Am also unable to pay with my naira Master card
