Password reset and email verification same email?

Hi,

Is it possible to use one email template for both password reset and email verification? 

In our workflow new users are invited to our application and are sent the password reset email to create their password. We are going to be implementing MFA and would like to use the password reset email to also verify the users email address. Is this possible? Our application is running on Next.js.
