Phone Verification Invalid format

I get this error when trying to verify a phone number "Error Domain =FIRAuthErrorDomain Code=17042 "Invalid format""

What is the right format then? None of my numbers are working no matter what i input. "1234567890, 123-456-7890" not working.

Have you tried putting the country code first? e.g. +1xxxxxxxxx
