Cannot create a project in firebase

I am new to firebse

I try to create a firebase project in console.firebase.google.com 

On there I clicked on 'add project' 

Then after I enter my project name and country it gives an error as 

"There was an unknown error while creating the project"

After 2,3 times I tried to to it again and again 

after I got the message "your one project exceeding limits" message

After I checked my google projects and there is all the projects that I have been created 

After I deleted them one by one and again tried that one (Now there are no projects in google)

Now when im again trying add new project is will gives a different error that "You've reached the project limit for your account. You can add Firebase to an existing project or request an increased limit."

When I press add existing one it shows there is no projects

Hi Rajmal,

After deleting projects, they still count against your free limit for up to 30 days (until the changes propagate and your chance to restore them ends). Keep in mind also that this is a GCP limit, so Cloud projects can also contribute to this limit.

Note that if you need to create a new free project right away, you can upgrade one, which will free up a slot much faster than deletion.
