Firebase with GTM and DoubleClick: Pixel Implementation

Hi all, 

I have a working Firebase implementation with Tag Manager, meaning that the events I set up in Firebase can effectively be used in Tag Manager to fire Google Analytics tags so far. 

I want to implement an app install pixel from Double Click Bid Manager but I don't know how: a Floodlight counter tag is returning zero when GA is returning values.

You can see in the screen attached that DBM is suggesting me to do something different with the code for mobile apps. I don't seem to find how to do this with Tag Manager instead but Google keeps telling me that I can do this in Tag Manager.

Any pointers?
