FireBase Push Notification - Pricing

Hi 

I am currently using parse for my android and iOS app. I have a customer base of 25K users. I send close to 5 notifications per day to all the 25K users. 

1. What is the free tier for push notification and the paid tier. 

2. How many active users are supported per day.

3. What is the total limit on the messages that can be sent per month.

I am looking to integrate firebase hence would need this information. Also please provide me the details of contact centre where i can enquire about this.
