Good Evening EUSA Parents,
We are hopeful your daughter will consider attending our upcoming tryout for our EDP/MAPS U16 Girls Angels FC team.
The tryout will be held on Thursday June 18, 2015 at 7:30 PM at the soccer field behind Herbert Hoover Middle School located at 174 Jackson Avenue, Edison, NJ 08837
This will be the final opportunity to tryout before we make our final roster decisions.
The Edison Angels FC Girls team is looking for additional field players and second goalie to complete our extended roster for the Fall 2015/Spring 2016 season.The Edison Angels FC team currently plays in the Eastern Development Program (EDP) / MAPS Elite Division.
Prospective candidates include current U14, and U15 players, with birthdates between (08/01/1999 - 07/31/2002), who are ready to be challenged and improve their soccer skills.
The team will train during the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons. In addition, games will be played in the Fall and Spring seasons, but please note that games played in the Fall season will be scheduled after the High School season is completed.
The team will also attempt to play Pre-season, Fall, and Summer EDP/MAPS tournaments, as well as College Showcase Tournaments.
EDP was started by a core group of "elite" clubs in Region 1. Their mission is to provide a development-friendly arena of competition where coaches operate in a collegial and mutually supportive environment to develop soccer players.
The EDP's mission is to serve respected clubs whose teams, to develop their players, need a higher level of competition than is available to them locally.
