Dear Fireball NCA's,

Many of the Europeans among you may be aware that the Notice of Race for the Europeans haven't come out yet. This is partly because I dropped a few balls picking up in the new role, so I thought I would send out a draft of the NoR so that people can plan their attendance. I must caution that these haven't been approved by the Italian Authorities, FIV, but I don't anticipate any major issues, so the actual NoR should be very similar and will be available on the website as soon as I get approval.
