[PLEASE SHARE] Automatic need-availability tweet identification for COVID-19

Dear all,

Some students of IIT Kharagpur (current and former) and some interns voluntarily came forward to design a system (URL: http://covidsupport.tech/) to help people mitigate the COVID situation. The system named "NARMADA
for COVID v0.2" is expected to automatically find tweets that have need/requirement information, e.g.

"@SonuSood @SoodFoundation @SonuSood Urgent required of oxygen cylinder for my uncle.. Plz help.. Kolkata.. 89XXXXXXXX contact on this ASAP.
@Sazy_A"

OR an availability information, e.g.:

" #Oxygen Cylinder available in #Kolkata - Oxygen Contact 429- #Verified by Gyanvi at #AngelNextDoor. Contact details at https://t.co/rTjMFVRKqI #COVIDhelp
@aamirqutub"

How to use:

Use the "Find Tweets" function and put in the resource (e.g. oxygen) and location (e.g. kolkata). If you choose (in GREEN) "YOU HAVE IT" and choose "FIND MATCHES", you will see tweets containing requirement of this resource in the given location:

If you choose (in GREEN) "YOU NEED IT" and choose "FIND MATCHES", you will see tweets containing availability news for this resource in the given location.

Please read the Manual for a demo and more details.

Please note that this is the initial version (there are some mistakes, as you will expect from a fully automated system) and the team (see About Us) is working hard to run advanced models to come up with improved versions, which will run at the same URL: http://covidsupport.tech/
