I am looking for a PhD student in Multimodal AI for Proactive Herd Health and Dairy Farm Management (CLÁR Project) at the School of Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Queen’s University Belfast, UK. This fully funded PhD studentship offers an exceptional opportunity to join Queen’s University Belfast, supported by a multidisciplinary supervisory team and our industry partner, CattleEye. The successful candidate will gain access to global real-world data and industry expertise, developing a unique skill set in AI applied to a globally significant sustainability challenge in dairy farming.
If you have a background in NLP, Data Science, ML/DL, or Computer Vision and are motivated to apply your expertise to real-world sustainability challenges in agriculture, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.
