We are glad to announce the CryptOQA track with FIRE 2026.

Problem Statement:

Cryptocurrency has gained significant public interest in recent years. Given the potential of cryptocurrency as a digital substitute for fiat currencies (e.g., the U.S. dollar, the British pound, the Indian rupee, and the Euro), governments have different stances on legalizing cryptocurrency. There are many discussions about its utility and usage patterns in public media. Some posts raise queries, whereas some address doubts. This collection has the potential to satisfy users' needs and to create a mapping database linking needs to responses.

This dataset, including its QA component, contains several queries and their relevant answers from social media comments. The dataset contains posts, audio transcripts, and opinions (in comments or relevant answers) from social media platforms: Twitter, Reddit, and YouTube.
