The University of Brest (UBO) invites applications from excellent post-doctoral researchers for a 24-month fellowship in AI for Science, funded by the BIENVENÜE+ programme (Marie Skłodowska-Curie COFUND, Région Bretagne). The full project description is attached.

The position is designed to support responsible, secure, and trustworthy uses of AI for scientific knowledge production, evaluation, and dissemination, in strong alignment with Brittany’s Smart Specialisation Strategy (RIS3), notably SIA 3.7: Secure and Responsible Digital Economy - Data and intelligence, with contributions to ecological and social transitions.

BIENVENÜE+ offers a high-quality alternative to standard MSCA Post-Doctoral Fellowships:

  • Selection rate around 30%, compared to ~12% for MSCA-PF at the European level

Eligibility & Application

Applicants must hold a PhD, comply with the MSCA mobility rule, and propose a project aligned with RIS3 priorities.
