FIRE: preparing new release and moving to google code

Dear FIRE users,

I am currently preparing a new FIRE release.

This mainly includes
- the code used for our CIVR 2009 paper
- minor bugfixes, mostly to make FIRE compilable with newer compilers.

Currently, I do have prepared a new release, but only some preparation.

I would be happy, if someone using FIRE, could briefly check if I
broke some of the used features, that it still compiles .
Once I am have some confirmation about this, I will create a new tgz
and release it.

So, grab your steaming hot version of the FIRE sources and make it run:

svn checkout http://fire-cbir.googlecode.com/svn/trunk
