Wednesday, November 19, 2014

We are writing to advise that all working documents for the upcoming Sub-Committee meeting to be convened on Wednesday, November 19, 2014, are now posted on the CIF website here. Information documents will be posted shortly.

We would like to invite you to review the documents and provide feedback to the CIF Administrative Unit  and MDBs.  Providing such feedback, preferably in writing, will allow us to be better prepared to respond to questions and concerns during the meetings.

Kindly be reminded that, in an effort to increase efficiency of the Trust Fund Committee and Sub-Committee meetings, the CIF Administrative Unit no longer produces copies of the working documents.  Please ensure, therefore, that you bring copies of the documents with you.

If you have not yet had an opportunity to register for the committee meetings please do so at your earliest convenience at the below link.  All CIF committee meetings will be held in  the Preston Auditorium of the World Bank's Main Complex which is a secure site.  Access to the site will be granted to participants who have pre-registered through our website; unregistered participants will experience delays in accessing the site and will be requested to provide a valid ID and credentials for review by security.
