Dear Emergency Services Colleague,

You are invited to take a short, 10-minute survey regarding your Fire/EMS workplace environment. The following questions are a portion of my National Fire Academy Executive Fire Officer Program - Applied Research Project.

Your input is valuable and will provide a better understanding of the dynamics in Fire/EMS workplaces. A report with the results of this study will be made available at a later date.

This survey is being conducted by the University of New Hampshire Survey Center. Participation is voluntary and your responses to this survey will be kept anonymous.

Please focus your responses on your primary Fire/EMS workplace environment.

Click on the link below to take the survey:

If you have any questions or concerns about the survey, please contact Dave Emanuel (dema...@ci.durham.nh.us) or Andrew Smith at the UNH Survey Center (Andrew...@unh.edu).

I appreciate your time and consideration!
