Dear Officers:

 

My name is Wendy Servey. I am a Battalion Chief with Los Alamos Fire Department in New Mexico and currently in my first year of the Executive Fire Officer Program at the National Fire Academy. I am conducting a questionnaire / survey on recruit physical fitness training. This survey will take 10  minutes of your time or less to complete 23 questions with the last 2 questions being optional as an opportunity to add more information.
