This is the Engine Company class you’ve been waiting for! This is NOT a Firefighter I hose class, and it’s not a master streams drill! This is a full-day engine company theory and instructor development seminar followed by an intense two full days of hands on training focusing on safe but aggressive interior & offensive fire attack, with a focus on controlling fire behavior. Recent Nozzle Forward classes have used over a half-million gallons of water, with students moving over 20,000 feet of hose in interior attack scenarios. The skills & techniques presented were developed by the lead instructor, and subsequently adopted as standard training for the entire Seattle Fire Department. The program has quickly gained national attention because it is designed for senior & experienced firefighters, officers, and instructors. This is the class that you will take home and change the way your engine takes care of business!
