Receptionistswere courteous, cooperative, polite and extremely prompt. They made sure that i got the room as soon as possible even though i reached the Hotel Godwin Deluxe early in the morning well before the stipulated check in time. Room was clean, with clean washroom, no odors whatsoever, bedsheets and lenins were clean as well. Toiletries were avaialble as mentioned. Staff was prompt in room service, may it be in room dining orders, housekeeping, laundry etc. Food was good. I mostly had salads so the lettuce and other additainments were fresh and tasted good. Overall i had a good experience and would prefer staying here more.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist especially miss rut h & hitansha were very kind and has help me alot, lovely and great first impression of Hotel Godwin Deluxe. Everything about the Hotel Godwin Deluxe was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The Hotel Godwin Deluxe's location is on the main street, you can find it easily. My stay was comfortable and this is not the first time i booked this Hotel Godwin Deluxe. I am continuously using this Hotel Godwin Deluxe for the last 6 years. Every time i got a great attention from the staff, they are professional and always helpful. The Hotel Godwin Deluxe's food is also a big plus if you are specially out of your home.

Initially, i was a bit sceptical seeing the location of the Hotel Godwin Deluxe. I was a bit more comfortable after a couple of days. Tithe staff was very courteous and kind. Room service was very good. I stayed for 5 nights and i did not have any challenges at all. Breakfast was quite decent, the spread was good. It felt a safe place for ladies and family to stay. Overall i would rate it a 5 star rating

Usually i am staying in this Hotel Godwin Deluxe since many years and observing the changes in service to the customers. That is their look after but opinion is they have to increase the service and not to decrease. For reception staff thepoliteness and calmness are key features of the services. My suggestion is that the check in and check out procedures needs to be more customer friendly.

The property is excellent in service, had a good and comfortable stay. The good part was that markets are closed to the Hotel Godwin Deluxe as it is located in central delhi. Buffet was too good. Wifi was very good, as it's always a major concern in every Hotel Godwin Deluxe. But here it worked very well. Amazed with god-win deluxe. Definitely would like to come again.

Well modernize Hotel Godwin Deluxe, with all facilities and amenities in rooms. The rooms were very clean. The staff were very helpful and always ready to solve our queries. The family were well satisfied with the hospitality surely will visit again. Location was well - centered to every places around here.

Hotel have good location, staff have so helping nature, room neet and clean with having cross ventilation i. E. That is more important, shower is unique, total pleasant stay. Only need little more quality and food items in breakfast.

We had an amazing stay at god-win deluxe. The services and facilities were on top according to the price, budget friendly. Above my expectations. Highly impressed with the cleanliness and food quality. Rooms were big and spacious as compared to other Hotel Godwin Deluxes in this area. Highly recommended.

Great air conditioning rooms in hot summer outside in delhi. Good wifi speed, refreshments and services were good. We booked 2 rooms and as per request they provided us both next to each other. Friendly staff
