grass, qgis, and libgeos3

I've been looking at libgeos3, qgis, and grass builds for 10.5 today.
It is definitely a challenge to get these things working right. For
qgis, I hit the qt4 build bug that only some people are seeing.
Perhaps, I should try my 10.5 PPC box. Etsushi kindly gave me a copy
of this personal grass6.3 beta info file an patch, but I am having a
challenging time getting the most recent stable grass (6.2.3) to build
correctly. I'm ripping out all of the conditional packaging stuff for
my draft info files for these guys. Having nopgsql and nograss
versions of the packages makes things a bit hairy.
