Build Thread - New 2x4 prototype.

Made a bunch of headway on the machine. Got some of the new parts we needed for the machine done. The blue riser blocks were painted for this shop build but will be powder coated after prototyping. The aluminum parts are bare 6061-T6. They will be polished and anodized after prototyping.

After quite a few changes to the intital prototype, we have made a lot of progress on the kits. Since images are worth more than words, after the break we have quite a few images for you detailing the progress that we have made with the kits. The new design is so much easier to assemble that the older kit designs. This went together with minimal fuss very easily. I have no doubt in my mind that y'all will be thrilled with the new assembly techniques. Stay tuned for some video footage coming here in the next few days.
