to Finding GOD
I Am So Confused

I asked for Gods divine guidance of my hand, in writing this piece as
what I write reflects back to God. We as the people of God however
hard, represent God, thus often what we convey tends to manifest
itself in issues of black or white with little shades of grey. I am
grievously concerned for all Christians, as well as for the people of
Israel, those many of Gods chosen people. Yet Jesus teaches me to
love those who do not see as I see, and hear as I hear. Jesus teaches
me to love those who are intent on my destruction, albeit they be
radicals or fundamentalist of any ilk. In Gods providence we are
responsible for defending ourselves and our families. Just how should
we do so? I am so Confused!

Recently a group of students stood on the steps of the Supreme Court
in our nations capital and were banished for prayer. The proclamation
was there could be no transgression of church and state. Now … Our
government and its representatives have transgressed the boundaries of
church and state, by applying pressure on those that want to burn
books of another’s faith. I personally see little purpose in such an
act, as it furthers hatred
between all of Gods children. Surely, there must be a better
solution. So how is it that the state tells the church to get out and
get off, but in turn crosses the line themselves. Do we not have a
responsibility to defend our God? Just how should we do so? I am so
Confused!

In our country we have rights! We also have lefts, ups and downs.
Seemingly many have not a clue as to where they are, or where they are
going. The importance of rights is only manifest when they are used
properly, with the correct intent, and under the divine guidance of
God. God gave us those rights and can in the blink of an eye take
them from us. All of his children have a choice. Should any of we who
share the same Father grieve him through selfish acts, either building
or tearing down that which really belongs to God? Just how should we
do so? I am so Confused!

The power of life and death is often left in the hands of those who
have little understanding of such power until the hands of God turn
such power upon them. Jesus wants us to put the stones down, yet we
seemingly cannot, lest we be protected from the evil of those who seek
to destroy us. We are taught to love, yet all too often the love
returns to us barren. The cheeks we turn may be the cheeks we lose.
Just how should we do so? I am so Confused!
