seeking temporary storage space

the panhandle bandshell team (www.panhandlebandshell.com) is currently
seeking 400 square feet of secure, indoor or outdoor storage space for
the disassembled bandshell, starting immediately for upwards of 6
months, for no- or low-cost, while we find it a new permanent home. we
would need to be able to access the space with a forklift or (more
likely) a gradall to offload the materials from a 50' flatbed truck.
currently the materials that comprise the bandshell are sitting behind
a fence on the panhandle, and we're past our deadline to remove them.
why are we late? well, we have a great storage space deal pending with
treasure island, but bureaucratic feet are being dragged on the city's
part well beyond what was expected, and it's still unclear when they'll
come through (the city attorney's office is notoriously slow). i'm
concerned that it will take yet more time, which will become quite
expensive if we don't find a solution quickly. so i'm looking for an
alternative.
if you have space we could use, or an idea of who might, please let me
