Psssst ... SF Pro Tip: the best way to experience Bay to Breakers is to sit in one place, and watch it allll go by.  Just ask yourself ...

Do you NOT want to get up at some ungodly hour and fight through a crush of people to the start line?

Do you NOT want to beat the crap out of yourself hoofing it across the entire city?

Do you NOT want to fight your way onto an overtaxed MUNI system to get back to the start line?

Do you NOT want to splash your drink on yourself?

Do you NOT want to have to engage in public urination?

Do you want to see and enjoy more of the action?

Do you want to participate in the spectacle?

If you answered YES to these questions, you are cordially invited to a Victorian Tea Party on Panhandle Park, alongside Fell Street between Central and Lyon (look for the fancy people), Sunday morning from 9am-12pm.

We'll supply hot water, tea, sugar, milk and butter, as well as a table, chairs and blankets for folks to sit on.  You should don your Victorian finest and bring tea services, tea cups, crumpets, pastries and fancy jams as you wish. Opera glasses, parasols and a stiff upper lip are also suggested for proper viewing of the race.
