Indian equities turned choppy after a positive start as markets lacked direction post earnings season. Traders overlooked positive Asian markets and were cautious of taking fresh positions after a sharp rise in previous session. “US markets closed positively and Asian markets are up as well. Asian stocks rose for a third day after Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group returned to profit and manufacturing in China expanded. Our markets have rallied significantly on the back of good Q1 numbers.
