Jeff Pinder and Karl Bueckert are licensed insolvency practitioners
under the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and as such are
officers of the court. They are also members of the Canadian
Association of Insolvency and Re-structuring Practitioners as well as
the Saskatchewan chapter. They each have in excess of twenty years
working in the area of insolvency and creditor/debtor matters. They
are a small office and take pride in the fact that they are able to
