One thing that I think is very important for the next round is our entrance/ development of our final product into the correct segment. It looks as though everyone is entering new products to hit the market. I think it is vital that we choose the right segment to enter as this is basically the last strategic move of the game unless we were to liquidate one product to enter another.

Ex. It might be that all teams are entering their new products in the "same segment" unknowingly and leaving a huge opportunity in the other segments. I think one way that we can try to predict new entrant placement is as follows:

1. Print out production analysis page from round 2 and 3 courier. Establish which products are being created in round 2 or round 3 and take a look at revision dates.

2. We should then be able to open up the Capstone Rehearsal rounds and enter data into R &D for Ideal Locations for each segment (High, Pfm, Size) to see which revision date aligns with what has been entered. If we can pinpoint where these new products are being entered, we can adjust our strategy of entrance to suit.

3. Once we have estimated new entrance strategies from competiton, we could then draw up a New perceptual map on the projected structure of the industry and make appropriate decision on which segment to enter.

I know everyone is probably slammed between now and Monday night, but if any availability opens for anyone let me know and we can talk through predicting some of the competition's moves.

Sounds like a good idea. My rehersal rounds needed to be reset so I
emailed Dr. Anderson and asked him to do so.
