Earlier today, Beau and I spent some time talking about our next moves.   Beau has spent a lot of time understanding and analyzing this simulation.  Based on the first 2 round results for us and the competition, we have discussed implementing the following actions.  During the call let us know if you agree with these and if you have other recommendations...

--Raise capital (sell stock?) to raise money to increase automation.  

--Create pricing for new product - Ace

--Raise Awareness - This would be done through the Promo Budget

--Reduce Accessibility since we get this through default by having multiple products in one segment.

--Introduce a new product.  Discussion of where it should be positioned to be discussed.

I'll talk to you in about 20  minutes.
