Is it possible that we could meet somewhere Sunday Night or should we do a conference call. I don't know exactly where everyone is coming from, but I think it might be better if we could meet somewhere possibly Sunday Night around 8:30 or 9:00? We need to be able to have everything printed out and be able to have everything in front of us in order to review the information.

Possibly Restaurant (Taco Mac) at 8:30pm. I think we will have to spend a little more time analyzing this round.

Well, I guess there are a few negatives and maybe one positive or so. I really did not expect that we had overpredicted our production as much as we had. Even though the computer prediction had shown that we were playing it very safe, I guess the competition showed a different hand.

Negative Side
1. Big Al bit us just a little. Russell you can send an email to us. We carried a large chunk of inventory.
2. There was one team that outpriced us by .30 cents (in Low End Segment) or so and helped us to hold a little over 1.2 million units in the Low End. That Hurt.

Positive Notes
1. Hard to believe but our Balance Scorecard number went from 52 Rnd 1, to 56 Rnd 2, to 60 Rnd 3. It still did go up.
2. We are in 73 percentile across all schools and in 3rd place in the Balance Scorecard Top Ten. Next at 4th place would be Digby at 54th percentile. C and B team at 92 percentile.
3. If you look at ranking Final Score Ranking we are only .3 points behind number two team Baldwin. I don't know exactly how the final score ranking works.
4. Stock price increased.

From every report that we can pull up it looks as though we are in third place and we are a pretty strong 3rd. It looks as though Baldwin and Chester are practicing about the same strategy. We just have to find a way to outmaneuver them.

I hated to see the Big Al loan this morning. I could not believe that
he visited us!

I cannot believe how low our competitors priced their product in the
traditional segment. I agree the low end inventory we held killed
us. We did have many positives so we can turn it back around in the
4th round.
