JOB DISCRIPTION:
Positions: Business Development Executives for our Publications & Exhibitions Division under direct selling of space. Marketing background only. (We do not want to interact with students from any other specialization background)
Job Description
· Prospecting, Identifying and Developing new accounts and maintaining existing customers for Pathway Publication Services and Pathway Exhibitions and Conventions.
· Sell / Market of 'Advertisement - Space' in various Pathway Educational Directories for different states of India with major focus on M.P State Education Directory.
· Sell / Market of 'Stall - Space' in various Pathway Exhibitions & Conventions held across India throughout the year.
· Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
· Monitoring and making Presentations to clients/advertising agencies/key accounts.
· Create Opportunities for existing products
· Provide inputs on new products to cater to the ever changing requirements of Advertisers & Corporate.
· Interact with prospective clients within & surrounding of Indore and at times other parts of M.P & neighboring states through regular visits, telephone calls, and emails.
· Achieving sales penetration/revenue targets in a given region/area.
· Maintaining accurate sales reports daily/weekly/monthly Basis.
· Obtain Customer feedback periodically and take necessary actions for ensuring high delivery against Expectations.
· Provide regular feedback on customer’s sales and revenue to meet the needs of the sales target.
· Conduct Relationship Management with customers and clients of Pathway Publications & Pathway Exhibitions & Conventions.
· Ensure accomplishment of deadlines/targets.
· Co-ordinate with various functions and functional heads.
· Give regular updates and feedback on the organization and the product and services and sales and product promotion strategy from time to time.
