Swaniti Initiative is an organization working towards bringing in more enthusiastic youth into the domain of development and policy. The Swaniti Fellowship program is a year long engagement, where the selected candidates will work with the Member of Parliament and Swaniti, for a year on issues related to development and policy. This will include working and resolving issues which the MP is facing in his/her constituency and also a chance to introduce fresh ideas to the MP and consequently to a wider forum.
