Job Description:-

    Manage the recruitment of respondents for qualitative / quantitative research according to project team and client specifications while adhering to  procedures and timelines
    Be the single POC from ZS to coordinate with all external vendors  for India / Asian studies

Key responsibilities and activities:-


    Use established internal benchmarks to provide routine cost and timeline estimates for market research project requests
    Identify potential market research respondents from an existing panel according to project and client-specific criteria
    Review and manage invoicing, financing for local market research vendors
    Review recruitment materials, including fax and e-mail invitations, confidentiality statements, etc.
    Manage recruitment of potential respondents and provide timely updates to project teams on fielding progress
    Ensure sufficient logistic arrangement for interviews is set-up
    Manage respondent questions during fielding and collect honoraria submissions for respondents
    Pro-actively suggest changes to sample design/recruitment tactics to speed up fielding progress and improve project efficiency

 Key background requirements and qualifications:-

    Bachelor’s degree
    4-5  years prior experience at a market research agency  and/or fielding agency; must have 2-3 years’ experience managing research in Indian pharmaceutical market
    Prior experience with MS excel and word
    Strong oral and written communication skills
    Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to coordinate with individuals from multiple backgrounds across multiple locations
    Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once under tight timelines
