Dear Nasserudin,

This is a very good attempt of yours to end our academic year in smile, n sincerely we appreciate it!

Thank you for that!

But as concerns the payment to be made to dev, we do no accept this!

Because i recall the last time an outing was organised, dev who had taken the responsibility to collect the money from

all the classmates from our class, did not return back the sum that he was supposed to.!

It had costs cheaper n instead of returning to us our money, a lunch was organised for himself n his friends with that money(our money)! When you take such

a responsibility, you have to assume it well guys!

Come on, stop being so lowly!

I hope my request will be taken into consideration!

Dear w.wisher18

I thank you too for expressing your appreciation upon the fact that we are organising an outing.

As far as I know; for the first outing, Rs50 was refunded to each person and arriving at Le Morne Beach, small groups were scattered under different trees and a Pearona was given to each group. As for the second outing (Adventure Park), the amount of money obtained was exactly the sum payable to the bus owner/driver.

As far as possible, it would be great if we could have the maximum number of people for this outing to make it a memorable one. The responsibility for collecting the money is a huge one and this is the first time somebody is objecting when Dev is doing this. What I suggest is that you can still make the payment to Dev as you are free to come to the outing (since you said that you want to come) and do an "audit" in the bus on the scheduled day by using the following formula

[Fee payable to bus owner - (Fee per person * No. of persons coming to outing)] / No. of persons coming to outing

When we return to Reduit, you just have to ask for your share.

If you want to propose another solution you are most welcome. Also, it would really be kind, professional, ethical and certainly not "lowly" if you could take your real name. It started with Zodiac in year one and now it is w.wisher18.

Hope that you are satisfied about your query being taken into consideration!

My apologies to the class for sending this e-mail on the group add. In the first mail, using plain English which any mature undergraduate student would easily understand, I mentioned that queries should be sent to my personal e-mail add. Hopefully, this is the last one and I will not spam your inbox in the future. Additional queries sent via the group mail will be replied directly to the sender's personal e-mail add.

And to w.wisher18, no offence intended! Chill man/girl or whoever you are! Bonne revision

Regards
