My name is Akshay Rao and I am a member of Project RISHI, a student
organization at Berkeley. I'm emailing to inquire about the availability
of
the Tilden room, the Tan Oak room, the Madrone room, and the Stephens room
on the evening of April 12th. Our club is planning to hold a symposium on
economic development and would like to use any one of the four rooms for
the
function. Please let me know if any of the rooms are available and what
steps must be taken to reserve them.

As an emergency room, I can book 489 Minor Hall. It's a nice room in the optometry building (across from Haas) and seats about 75 people. It's on the lower end of occupancy, but it's generally free in the evening.
