Dear All,

Please find attached the ToR of the financial management manual to be developed under MPUSP as a part of SYAP plan. UADD would contract an agency for this, however all ULBS of Madhya Pradesh would adopt, like the MPMAM.

Please offer your comments and suggestions for modifications.
