Subject: Revisiting the Outputs
Hi All,
The outputs sent by the team were compiled to go into the Jan monthly progress report but as you would see in the document attached that many of the entries are actually more of an activity update and not really the outputs. The outputs should include the following:
- Concept Note/Paper
- Proposals (such as for JNNUMR PMU, PIU, etc)
- TOR(s)
- RfP(s)
- Training material prepared by us
- Reports/Documents/Manuals including procedure manuals and guidance notes prepared such as for funds flow, etc
- Comments on Govt Policies
- Approvals/Decisions at strategic level such as any MoU signed, etc drafted by us such as CMA framework contract, etc
Trainings to be covered separately as was done for preparing the Annual Progress Report for DFID review in Oct 07. I am attaching the annual report for reference - Appendix 7 - Output log and Appendix 8.2 - Training delivered.
Request you all to review the relevant sections in the Output table attached and suggest that from amongst us, the following consultants could edit the table ofcourse with the help of other colleagues in their respective sectors and send it back to me:
1. Programme Management : VT and UM to compile and BP to Check
2. Finance : SM to compile and VT to check
3. HR&OD : PY to compile and RS to check
4. Training : GJ to compile and also check
5. Social Development : MT/RT to compile and JG/DR to check
6. Engineering : HS to compile and BP to check
7. E-Governance : KM to compile and SS to check
8. Planning : UM to compile and BB to check
Can we finalise the table by the end of next week (29th Feb) ? as also most of the team is going to be in MP next week
BP : Although most of the points have been discussed with you already, you may add wherever required.
Thanks
Urvi
