Dear Team,

As requirement of upcoming event Bizorion 3 we need funds on immediate basis to make payment to vendors.

Following are the details
1) Production (BMR Events)  - Rs. 30,000 (Advance)
2) Petty Cash - Rs. 10,000

3) Bizorion 2 Magazine Print - Rs. 20,000
(This was provisioned in last year budget and is not part of current budget)

Production and Magazines funds are required by tomorrow.

We suggest you to give us two signed cheques in case of emergency requirements. These cheques will be utilised only if needed and with proper intimation to you.
