Audit closure

Dear friends,

I had met Pophale Sir at his office. He wants the sign of chairman, vice chairman and Honorary Secretary on 3 copies of the attached documents ie income statement and balance sheet.  Once it is submitted to him, he too will sign it and give us 1 copy,  keep one copy with himself and 1 copy to I-T department. 

Furthermore, he will give us the audit report, books of account and our vouchers.

Subsequently, I will give him his fees cheque.

Request you to please check the attached documents and sign the document by Tuesday end of day for immediate closure.

Dear team,

Thank you for all the hard work. Will sign  and close this if all present at one place to discuss the future.

Kindly fix a date where all can gather for at least 1 hour. There has been complete lapse in organization and exe is in unhealthy environment.

Need seniors and members to respect the movement and get things back on track. If it's difficult I can offer my resignation and u may appoint anyone else as chairman.

Nothing personal with any person,  but as a member of exe I feel it's my responsibility to raise my voice at the right time.
