Hi Amit,

We have always appreciated your additional efforts and enthu as a part ob JBIMS.

We did face issues with the mikes, sound and DJ song collection provided on the second day of the event, which we have overlooked while tracking the deductions.

However, considering your service at each step of the event the deductions are reduced by some percent. Below are the reverts for the pointers:

1. LED Plasma - Have received no confirmation from any team members /spocs of the replacement

2. Banner/Lights - Appreciated for the same reducing the deduction by 1000/-

1.Advance Payment - (1,00,000/- deduct 2%/- TDS) - Paid 98,000/-

2.Pending payment  - (37,753/- Deduct (2247/- (LED TV+Service Tax)+ 2000/- Meter Box+2% TDS)- To Be Paid 32836/-

The cheque to be collected by you from Ravi Shingade on 21st October.

I agree to the loss incurred for the meter box and I'm ready to bear  the same.

However re the plasma the same was replaced by afternoon. Kindly check the same with your team & reconfirm.

You will appreciate that due to mistake of your team and miscommunication I had to get my fabrication team back at university & incurr extra labor charges, which I have not charged you. You will also note that I had put extra lights & expensive lights which I dint charge extra as it was fitting in the overall costing.

Please understand that JBIMS billing is never so profitable that I take so much deduction & still give you things over & above the costing.

If you have noticed it's already over a month since the event is over & I've got your mail today. What about my interest cost???

Please consider the above factors & revert asap. Would appreciate closure by this weekend
