Rotation limits with Full body IK

Hi,

Is there any way to limit a joints rotation when using the Full Body Biped IK?
When the hands IK target gets close to the character, I want to lock the lower arm, so that the arm keeps a certain angle at the elbow, and pushes the upper body/shoulders instead.
The push function gets me close, but I want to keep the specific angle. It would also be useful to avoid full extension of the elbow when using reach.

Hey,
FBBIK does not support RotationLimits due to the nature of the FBBIK algorithm. RotationLimits only work with CCDIK, FABRIK and AimIK.

Hi! Just found this thread while searching info about same feature. Do you have any workaround to this feature? Maybe some advice?

Hey,
RotationLimits can only be applied after FBBIK has been updated using this script here.
Can also apply Humanoid muscle limits like this.
If it's the elbows that are clipping into the body, you can use the Bend Goals to keep them out. Parent new empty gameobjects, move them to the sides of the characters and assign as bend goals and set bend goal weight to 1.
