VRIK Posing Issue

Hello, ive been trying to set up VRIK with my Rig but came across this issue where the feet are lifted off the ground and it has this odd pose upon runtime. also im getting these 4 errors when pressing play whch tell me to rotate the limbs but even when i do what the error is telling me to do the errors still persist.
