Hyderabad: A suspected psychopath involved in injection attacks on women in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana was arrested on Saturday. According to police, a needle psycho identified as Ravi Kumar has attacked passengers in Bhagyanagar express travelling from Balharshah to Secunderabad.
