Small Group seeking funds for movie

Hello,
My name is Paul Davis.
I am working with a group of like minded individuals that are in the
process of securing funding and investors for a script that was
written.
The movie itself, is an omage to 50's B Movies and intended to be
presented in black and white.
We are in the final stages of working out the budget at this point.
Any information that you have to offer I would greatly appreciate.

Hi, I am the private equity manager for The Film and Theatre Private Equity Fund, LLC (Nevada).  We are currently funding in the Series A-1 round a 3 movie slate with a combined budget of 90M and a 5M Broadway Show.  We are currently 16.5 million short of our goal.
