Bakery Films seeks an angel/partner

Bakery Films is a boutique production company with 2 films in
development. I'm a lover of the Woman Pictures of the 30's and 40's
Films with women chracters who, bad or good, sinners or saints, were
complex and often bigger than life. Bakery Films is dedicated to
producing
great stories; stories whose layered, complex female characters honor
those
great films of the past.

We've also expanded into personal management and freelance
development.
One of our films has name talent attached, and is under consideration
by an
award-winning director and the other, an offer for partial financing
and a director
attached. Both are under consideration at reputable indie prodcos.

We're a startup, but we're definitely on a roll. Over the next 3 years
we expect a net income of $900,000 in producers fees from our current
slate alone. Bakery Films needs funding to help cover operational
expenses for one year, in the amount of $65,000. We're looking for an
angel/equity investor.

Partnering with us offers an opportunity to be a part of a company
with a unique creative vision. And getting involved with Bakery Films
rather than any one particular film also limits the risk. Multiple
revenue
streams only one of which relies on box office receipts improve make
it possible to see a return on your investment, regardless of whether
a particular film does well.
