We are looking for finishing funds in the ball park of 500K. We have
foreign sales and domestic distrobiution allready in place with a
large percent of the budget currently funded. We are looking for an
investor to come in and expect a return within 6 months.

Foreign sales figures estimate from 3.5 M on the low to 6.5 on the
high, soley in Foreign numbers alone.
