Using the FilmProposals Discussion Group - Please read

Hello and thank you all for joining this group - I hope you are
finding it valuable.

As you may have surmised, the Google Group Software, is not all that
flexible or easy to use. Please understand we are working on switching
the Forum to a new software platform that is much more user-friendly,
more like a Facebook Discussion Group.

In the meantime, PLEASE NOTE - if you send an email to "filmproposals-
for...@googlegroups.com" it will go to the ENTIRE discussion board.
So, if you are only intending to respond to a specific post or person,
then please email ONLY that person.

If you are on the discussion board, click "options" and then "reply to
author". Do NOT click "reply"

If you receive the posts via email, again, DO NOT click "Reply" or
"Reply to All". You must cut and paste the individual's email, which
will look like this "filmpropos...@googlegroups.com; on behalf
of; melissa [mel...@filmproposals.com]" and reply to that person. If
you are posting, I encourage you to put your email address in your
post somewhere so others can easily find it.

We are very sorry for this hassle - a web designer did this for us a
few months ago and he chose to implement this system without
researching it's capabilities - or lack thereof.

Going forward, the only messages that will be posted for the group are
new posts and anything we believe will benefit the forum as a whole
(eg, calls for entries, seminars, grants available, etc).
