Film producers seek $600,000 to produce “Rubyifre,” an indie comedy
about models on a reality show. This is a fun, coming of age, Little
Miss Sunshine-esque comedy.
A distributor is already in negotiation with an LOI forthcoming. Cast is already in play, and some demo footage has been shot which sets the tone (these clips are available online upon request). Crew bios/resumes also available. An original song that plays a role in the story has been composed and produced as a track. Budget has been broken down and the script has been planned to a 29 day shoot.
Would like to have financing settled by 10/1/09, at which point we must go on hiatus for a TV production.
