Hope all of you are doing fine. I understand that you must be busy with several important things but was wondering if you are still interested in the film and law course. If you remember,  we had a conversation on having a conference. I am planning the 1 or 2 workshop/conf in end September before we break for the vacations. Looking forward to your ideas and suggestions regarding this and if you can invest time and energy to organize this. The VC wants a proposal and a budget soon so that it could be vetted. We cannot make it too expensive, so got to keep mostly Calcutta based people. I told the VC we want to get Lawrence Liang for sure. maybe you have more names, topics and ideas to suggest. Respond if you are interested and then we will constitute a core group to work on this.
